Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations prior to shipment or production. Full refunds will be issued for cancelled orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once items have been shipped.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days upon receipt of goods.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition and intact original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is mandatory. Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
You will be charged shipping fees only once (including return shipments). No restocking fees apply.
Please repackage items properly and use the original shipping method for returns. You shall be liable for return shipping costs, as well as risks of damage or misdelivery during transit.
Refunds
We will send a confirmation email after receiving and inspecting your returned items, and inform you of the refund result. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 20 business days.
